The esg.pl website belong to Marconi sp. z o.o. ul. Bukowińska 22 lok 14b, 02-702 Warsaw, NIP 712 26 41 608. The company is also the Administrator of the website and the Personal Data Administrator.
The Personal Data Administrator informs that it has not appointed a Personal Data Protection Supervisor and independently performs its duties under the Personal Data Protection Act of August 29, 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2016, item 922, hereinafter referred to as “PDPA”).
The Sites do not allow User registration. The only available forms allow commenting on posts and signing up for the newsletter.
The Sites are secured with SSL protocol.
Scope of personal data processing
Personal data is collected in order to:
- ensure proper functioning of the sites,
- Analyzing the use of the sites,
- creating internal reports and analyses,

Data collected automatically
A user’s visit to the sites results in registration of his/her IP address, type of operating ISP name, and browser type. The sites also collect data through: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook pixel. Data such as IP address may be made public when users comment.
Newsletter signup
By providing your e-mail address when signing up for the newsletter and clicking the activation link sent in the e-mail, you agree to receive commercial information electronically to the indicated e-mail address, within the meaning of Article 10(1) of the Act of July 18, 2002 on electronic service provision from Marconi sp. z o.o. Providing your e-mail address is voluntary, but without it we will not be able to send you information.
